Cpu Problems?!?!?!?!?!?anti virus
You mean your computer itself is freezing, or more likely the operating system. The CPU doesn't freeze unless you have a great cooler on it.
To answer your question, try uninstalling your anti-virus and see if the computer freezes. If it doesn't then the anti-virus is the problem, and try alternatives.
Cpu Problems?!?!?!?!?!?auto protect
As always, before taking a medicine you need a correct diagnostic.
Freezing can be caused by hardware or software.
to check out the hard side get the "hardware monitor" at this address : http://www.cpuid.com.
Check the temperature of your system. 40C to 55C are usual but 70C mean trouble.
for software check, put your mouse in the clock area and using right click bring the "task manager" program and select the "performance" tab . If your CPU is at 100 at the time of the freezing then you have a faulty program.
