Which freeware is better, AVAST or AVG?

I have downloaded two free edition of antivirus softwares but don't know which one to install? Any suggetions please! Thanks!

avast is best
they are both good, but avast will do a boot scan which is great as it scans deep and thououghly!
Avast too much memory needed same as avg while scanning, id rather use NOD32 wooot all virus spyware and malware nah super dooper clean try it www.eset.com

most virus are spread through IE. IE is not a safe browser. you should use a more secure browser to protect your PC from virus.
