I have the product key to norton....?!!! HELP urgent?

to norton 360, but i dont have the program on my computer anymore because i recently had my computer cleaned and it was removed. i now have NORTON ANTIVIRUS instead.

but i already payed for norton 360, and i still have one year left in my subscription

what should i do? how do i re-download it? and if i do would i have to dleate the anti virus i have right now or can i have both?

please help!

The Norton web site has an online chat with a service rep in the support area. They should be able to immediately give you a link if you supply the key.

ok-first you can have both running at the same time.What might make sense is to contact Norton , you may want to try Norton.com and find a phone # with customer service. Explain to them what happened. You may be able at get a dics mailed to you with Norton 360 and a new key which you can use when the current version needs to be upgraded.
go to nortons website and try to download and put key in but that might not work. then you have to email them and tell them you need help
