I get this everytime i select a restart/shutdown due to things seeming to run a little slower on my pc... the "EndNow/Unsaved Data May Be Lost" option with the title banner as quoted above comes on when any other application would require it to (just after desktop has been shutdown), whilst windows saves (whatever it is) and shuts down....... when i do that normally,ie no loss of performance, this particular EndNow option doesn't appear?
Is this virus/antivirus related?
I use AntiVir Personal (don't like pro...or Norton), hi-spec pc, xp OS, usual downloads...files indivually scanned with AntiVir before opening.....regular maintenance (defrag/vir scan/diskchk/rmv cookies%26tmp internet files+).....can't find the application/exe/dll that's doing this at all (unhidden included)!!!
Any useful comments or help appreciated.

If you're using Nero, try an uninstall/reinstall.
This has been known to fix it.
