About capitol letters?

i use capitol letters all the time to rename things on my computer /// because when you put a bunch of stuff // like downloads and things in folders they are not allways named as to what exactly they are//im sure you know what i mean// like for instance i use avast antivirus/// bnut when i save the download in a folder to later burn to disk it gets alphabetized and ends up under "s" yes avast becomes s somehow i think this is dumb// so i rename everything with bold///capitol// letters so that i can find thins in my alphabetized mixed up folders!!!!!!!/// I HOPE YOU CAN SEE MY REASON!!! they stick out from the way the stupid computer names things and i spend less time looking for what i want that way/// i see nothing rude about capitol lettors whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!

Just so you don't use all caps in chatting or email- using all caps (for example: YES!) means you're yelling.
about spelling?
For one thing, using capitols when naming your own files on your own computer is your business. For good netiquette, though, you should not use capitols except for at the beginnings of sentences and proper names. You use capitols to emphasis something, or if you're angry or surprised. Using all capitol letter is the textual equivalent of shouting at someone. Speaking of netiquette, when you are texting something, it is proper to use capitols at the beginning of sentences. It is also appropriate to use periods and commas. It is never appropriate to make an entire paragraph one, huge, run-on sentence. You lose people's interest in what you have to say, because this way of typing makes you appear thoughtless, ignorant, and uncaring. It also makes it difficult to make sense of what you've written. Paragraphs like what you've written is one of the things that have convinced foreigners that Americans and English speaking people in general are brainless and stupid.
If you are using capital letters for files that you want to find easily, I do not see anything wrong with that. they are your own personal files. Only capital letters are supposed to be bad netiquette in writing e-mails as far as I know.
