This little box keeps poping up saying the my system has a dangerous trojan and my critical files can be lost, and that I have to download this antimalware to clear my system and it's recommened that I click ok to download. Well I ran my Norton antivirus and it did not find anything, my computer is working fine but that stupid little box keeps poping up whenever I open up something new on my internet! So what do I do, how do I get rid of it.

I had similar problem. Neither Protector Plus 2008 nor Lavasoft Ad-Aware 2007 detect anything. It took me a couple of online scans to clean out the system - this is why I strongly recommend turning to such services whenever a need arises.

Pick one and let it do its job, then - to be sure - switch to Kaspersky. It is reported to have one of the highest detection rates among all security softwares.
One thing Norton does not pick up on is smitfraud which you have.
Run smitfraud removal tool, then run this program:
