on sites that people posts pictures, it doesn't show up. one of the site for an example is honda-tech.com. and when i go to instant message, the send button is not there. my computer is normally fast. i tried deleting cookies in internet options but it won't load image still. i also downloaded AVG 7.5 antivirus and ran it.

It's hard to say. It could be a setting with your browser. I suggest downloading FireFox and testing using that browser. If you can see images, then through IE and carefully turn on JavaScript and image settings until it works.

Have you tried to Tools -%26gt; Internet Options -%26gt; Advanced? Try to Reset settings. Sometimes, the settings get changed to not to show pictures in browser.
Otherwise, the best way, try System Restore - restore your system back to the date everything was working normal. Then you will see what caused the bug.
