It saids something about the drive being unaccessible corrupted and unreadable, I know some people have told me to download some program retrieval software that there are some free ones out there but the problem is that i cant even access the drive like I tried running an antivirus or something on it and I cant even access it help what can I do I have like 20,000 songs on it help what Can I do fo fix it?

When I run cleanup programmes on my pc such as registry cleaners or spy bot my external drive fails to be recognized or shows up as corrupt. All I do is unplug it and re-connect it again a few seconds later and an auto play window appears and runs, after which my drive works again. always works for me. Best of luck.
Unplug the drive, reboot the computer, plug the drive in.
Fixes problems with external devices quite often.
