Rootkits in system32 files?

i just 'healed' my infected computer files with AVG antivirus (which i just downloaded) now i scanned under AVG rootkit and it found infected files... i don't know if i should delete them though, because it says it might delete important files? if so, how do i get them out. i'm going to write what they are, maybe you guys can guide me. thanks

Download clean versions of all these files.

If u dont delete, will still infected and u will need reinstall OS



prepare yourself for reinstall OS first, and after that try remove those files, if OS crashs reinstall it.
Delete them .Drivers can be downloaded, if there is problems download a servicepack for your O.S(XP i think is your Operating System), should fix any problems.
