go to start...Run...type in sysyem restore

Avast Antivirus is a free program that you can download. You will just need to register it. It works great. As for the control panel try this, you can open the Run program (to do this press the "R" button whilst holding the "Windows" button) once the program comes up type "control" and press Enter. You will now have the control panel displayed in front of you. Now to make it readily accessible in your Start Menu all you need to do is right click the Start Menu and then left click Properties, now click on the Start Menu tab, and click the customize button. From here click on the Advanced tab and the first option should involve three radio buttons each pertaining to the Control Panel. The option you probably want is "Display as a menu". Good luck!
There are two ways to access the control panel. Click Start and it should be around the bottom. OR. Click my computer and it should be on the left column.

Go to download.com or cnet. You can download free antivirus software and they are good ones also.

just go to download.com and search for it. You should probably search in safe mode though to fully get rid of the virus's.
