My PC needs a Doctor. HELP ME!?

I have a Gateway PC and it has mad viruses. My Norton AntiVirus expired back in April and I need something FAST in order to help get rid of my problems. Something FREE that I can download from Norton AntiVirus. Its saying something about Spyware (whatever that is) and something about porn sites that came out of no where. Someone please help me before I lose my mind. I'd greatfully appreciate it. PC doctors who know what their talking about, help me. I dont want to download something thats going to make it worse.

You will want to begin by "Restoring" your computer back to before the day all the porn crap started showing up. Do this by going to Start - Accessories - System Tools - System Restore. Once you have selected System Restore, you will be prompted to pick the date you would like to go back too.

Then, download "Ad-Aware" for free. I put the link below. Run it and it will help remove any damaging Ads.

Also download the Yahoo Toolbar below (if you haven't already). They have a free popup blocker and Anti-Spy on their toolbar.

Next, uninstall any programs that you don't need. This will take a bit of time, and you will have to restart your computer, but it can really save you time later. Start by going to Start - Control Panel - Add/Remove Hardware. Select the files you don't want (one at a time) and click "Uninstall".
