Virus on my computer!!?

I think I have a virus on my computer it's called (PCM.db) everytime i delete it it comes back and I find it in almost every file that's why I think it's a virus but my antivirus can't find it!! does any one know how I can delete it for good, or give me a name of a free antivirus program I can download that will remove it for me!! thank

it ison you hard drive you have to go to programs clicklookfor name and must be a option or wat you think is a virus there shuldbe an option to remove if not you have to use control panel add or remove programs find the name of the popup you allways see on youre screen the just click remove make sure not to remove computer programs or components i am allmost positive is on contol panel is some thing like a small program that auto instals on the hard drive and you must remove completely to get rid of it
